In 2009, Seabourn again raised the bar with the debut of Seabourn Odyssey, hailed as “a game-changer for the ultra-luxury segment.” Although larger than the original Seabourn sisters, Seabourn Odyssey carries just 450 guests and offers a wealth of amenities made possible by the highest ratio of space per guest in the cruise industry, including the largest spa on any luxury ship and generous private verandas on 90 percent of her suites. Seabourn Odyssey has since been joined by two identical sisters, Seabourn Sojourn in 2010 and Seabourn Quest in 2011.

For that reason, we are especially proud to be able to offer you Black River ossetra sturgeon caviar, which is sustainably produced by a unique wild-farming method that enables our enjoyment without compromising the species’ future.
The Restaurant is a beautiful fine dining venue. Its menus feature a wide variety of delectable choices prepared to your order by our talented chefs. The Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner on an open-seating basis, inviting guests to dine when, where and with whom they wish.
Restaurant 2 is an intimate alternative dining venue serving innovative small- plates tasting menus for dinners nightly. Reservations are required due to limited capacity, but there is no extra charge. On Seabourn Pride, Seabourn Spirit and Seabourn Legend, the indoor/outdoor Veranda Café is transformed into Restaurant 2 in the evenings.
During the day, the Veranda Café is a popular option for lavish buffet-style breakfasts and lunches enjoyed either indoors or outside overlooking the wake. Choose from a wide variety of hot and cold dishes plus many favorites prepared to your order. The Veranda Café is offered aboard Seabourn Pride, Seabourn Spirit and Seabourn Legend.
The Colonnade is a more casual alternative with indoor/outdoor seating, sumptuous buffets and daily specials for breakfast and lunch. The Colonnade serves regionally-themed, bistro-style dinners with table service nightly aboard Seabourn Odyssey, Seabourn Sojourn and Seabourn Quest.
If dining outdoors is a favorite of yours, visit the Sky Grill. There, Seabourn chefs serve up casual, al fresco fare. The Sky Grill is the perfect place for a delightful lunch as you watch the world pass by from the top level of the ship. The grill is also open for occasional dinners featuring grilled specialties such as steak and lobster.
Aboard Seabourn Odyssey, Seabourn Sojourn and Seabourn Quest, the Patio Grill offers casual poolside dining featuring grilled specialties, salads and sides for lunch and dinner, and freshly baked pizzas throughout the afternoon. The Sky Grill aboard Seabourn Pride, Seabourn Spirit and Seabourn Legend occupies a terrace overlooking the pool deck below.
Lunches and dinners are offered at the Sky Grill, serving grilled specialties and simple sides.
In Suite Dining
Seabourn is pleased to offer a varied menu available around the clock for service in your suite. You may also order dinner from The Restaurant menu and have your meal served, course by course, in your suite or on your veranda.
Tipping is neither required nor expected onboard any Seabourn Cruise Line ship.
An adult must accompany children under 18 years of age traveling with Seabourn Cruise Line. If that adult is not the legal parent or guardian, written permission from the parent is required.

Like a lot of people, a trip to Alaska was something we both had wanted to do for quite some time. However fitting it in was difficult. Sarah from Quay Travel managed that very efficiently. What to me was proving frustrating, sometimes there are too many options, was to Sarah, not a problem. She found for us a cruise which suited our timing, and then arranged the best flight options to get us to Seattle. YES - we thought that is all organised, however we had decided to sort out our shore excursions . For what ever reason the cruise line’s web site did not like me. A Quay Cruise staff member willingly took us under her care and quickly sorted matters out for us. My wife and I are very pleased to say that everything on our trip which was organised here in NZ by Quay Cruise happened when and as it should. Our thanks to Sarah and her Team - the hassle is taken out of travelling.
We first met Margaret when one of our grandsons attended the same daycare centre as her daughter. Since that time we have been fortunate in having Margaret take care of the planning for the cruises we have sailed on.
